Piggy piggy bank

Back when the $1 coin was introduced to Canada, I remember a profusion of home made piggy banks because you could make the opening bigger than in a commercial bank. Yeah. The most popular was a slab of wood cut out into a shape with plexi-glass on each side so you could see what was inside. Like this.

A nice homemade piggy. Good workmanship but the plexi is cut really bad. To get the money out you unscrewed the side. I’m not sure how much this guy could hold though since the middle is quite small and the slot is pretty awkwardly placed.
